Privacy Policy

In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, does not profile visitors and does not share data with third parties for marketing. Fonts and scripts are hosted on the site itself: simply browsing sends no request to any external server.

The only moment personal data is collected is when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

Data collected through the contact form

When you fill in and submit the form, the following is collected: your name, email address and the content of your message. No other data is requested or collected.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to reply to your request and, if a collaboration follows, to manage it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

A few third-party providers are used to run the site and the form, processing data on the controller's behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting. Records technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time) in system logs for the operation and security of the service.
• Formspark — processes the contact form submission. Data is processed and stored within the European Union (Ireland and Germany). Details: formspark.io/legal/gdpr.
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where the controller receives the message notification. The transfer to the United States is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Messages sent through the form are kept in the Formspark dashboard and in the controller's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, then deleted. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for limited periods according to its policies.

Cookies and tracking

None. The site sets no cookies (technical or profiling), uses no Google Analytics or similar tools, and embeds no social-network content.

External links

The site contains a link to the controller's Instagram profile. Following it takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy policy, over which the controller has no control.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to ginevra.ab97@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
